What stays on your iPhone

Everything you log: doses, injection sites, supply, weigh‑ins, check‑ins, symptoms, notes and your medication details. It’s stored in Max HP’s own storage on your iPhone, and in your device backup if you use one. Max HP doesn’t send it to us or anyone else.

Exports and archives are files you create and choose where to send. A Clinic Report or share card goes only where you share it.

Apple Health

If you allow it, Max HP reads your weight and waist measurements from Apple Health, and saves the weigh‑ins, waist measurements and symptoms you log to it. Doses aren’t saved to Apple Health. That happens on your iPhone only. Health data is never sent to us, never used for advertising and never shared with anyone.

Anonymous usage counts

To improve and maintain the app, Max HP sends anonymous counts through TelemetryDeck. You can switch them off in Settings › Privacy › Share anonymous usage.

What’s sentThat the app was opened; which setup steps were seen and whether setup finished; whether a step review, report, share card or the paywall was opened; purchase and trial events; whether a permission was allowed; and the app version and iOS major version.
What’s never sentAnything about your health or medication. Not that a dose was taken, not a check‑in, weight, symptom, injection site, note or medication name.

Events carry a random install identifier, hashed on your device, so they can’t be linked to you. They aren’t used for tracking or advertising.

Purchases

Max HP Pro is bought through the App Store. Apple handles payment; Max HP only learns whether Pro is active on your device.

Support email

If you email us, we receive what you send. Support email is delivered by Cloudflare and kept in Gmail (Google). The support link in the app fills in your app and iOS version, and nothing else. We use your email only to answer you, and delete it when we no longer need it.

This website

maxhp.me is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site. We don’t use cookies, analytics or advertising here.

The friend offer page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check the visitor is a person, then gives out an App Store offer code. We record only that the code was given out and when. Nothing about you is stored with it.

Research

Max HP doesn’t take part in any research today. If that ever changes, it will be opt-in, study by study, with your explicit permission, and this policy will be updated first.

Your choices

Because we don’t hold your log, you control it on your iPhone: export it, archive it, or erase it in Settings › Your data › Erase everything. Deleting the app also deletes its data. Anonymous usage counts can be switched off at any time.

Max HP isn’t intended for children under 13.
