Support
How can we help?
In the app, Settings › Contact support adds your app and iOS version. Please don’t send health details.
Questions
- Where is my data?
- On your iPhone, in Max HP’s own storage, and in your device backup if you use one. Weigh‑ins, waist measurements and symptoms can also go to Apple Health. There’s no account.
- What is a dose step?
- Every stretch of time on one dose. Max HP groups your doses, weigh‑ins and check‑ins by step so you can see what each one did.
- Why doesn’t Max HP convert units to milligrams?
- Compounded vials differ. Max HP saves exactly what you enter, as your prescription states it, and never calculates one from the other.
- I missed a dose. What now?
- Max HP doesn’t give dosing advice. Your Medication Guide explains missed doses, and your prescriber or pharmacist can help.
- How do I move to a new phone?
- Save an archive in Settings › Your data, then restore it on the new iPhone. A device backup also carries Max HP across.
- How do I restore Pro?
- Settings › Max HP Pro › Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
- How do I cancel Pro?
- Settings › Max HP Pro › Manage, or in your Apple Account’s subscriptions.
- I have an offer code.
- Settings › Max HP Pro › Redeem a code.
- Is the level curve my blood level?
- No. It’s an illustration from published averages, to show the shape of a week. It isn’t measured from you.
Medical questions
Max HP describes what you logged. It doesn’t give medical or dosing advice: your prescriber decides your dose. If you feel unwell, contact your prescriber, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
